“Average” is a word that, to my mind, fits EssayOneDay.com the most. The prices are neither low nor sky-high; the quality of writing is neither awful nor amazing. You can give this essay service a shot, but you’re unlikely to become its regular customer. Why? Find out below.
Pricing Policy, Deadlines, and EssayOneDay Promo Code
First, let’s talk about prices. Surprisingly, the EssayOneDay site has no open-access pricing chart so usual for other services. The only way to calculate an estimated paper cost is to use the order form (thankfully, you can do that without a login). That’s how I figured that the bare minimum of EssayOneDay’s services is only $7.5 charged per page of high school-level writing, with a maximum 14-day deadline. This might seem affordable but wait for it: prices increase inconsistently along with the level of writing. With the same two-weeks deadline, college students have to pay $14 per page, and those pursuing a Master’s degree – $27. Although the service’s minimal deadline is just three hours, the PhD-level papers can be delivered no less than in one day – if you’re ready to pay cosmic $83 for each page. The payment options are limited to Visa and Master Card only.
While fancying itself as an affordable service, EssayOneDay doesn’t offer a loyalty program or too many discounts. All you should expect is 5% off your first order. By the way, you should either contact support to get the 5% Essay One Day promo code or create an account and have a promo code and occasional special offers sent to your email.
Essay One Day Review of Services and Writing Quality
EssayOneDay.com handles papers of five academic levels: High School, College, University, Master’s, and Ph.D. The deadlines range from 14 days to 3 hours. When placing an order, you can choose with a Best Available writer or try out an Advanced, an ENL, and a Preferred writer (these three options come at an additional fee).
The scope of services is pretty standard: from regular essays and courseworks to problem solving, dissertations, and admission essays. You can also get your own paper edited, proofread, and paraphrased.
The service claims to deliver only original content, thanks to running all the papers through some type of undisclosed anti-plagiarism software.
To check if EssayOneDay’s level of writing is as good as promised, I ordered a standard 3-page university-level essay on Fine arts and set a five-day deadline. Opting for an ENL writer added almost 50% to the initial price. Eventually, with the 5% promo code, the paper cost me a whopping $97.
While the delivery was timely (an hour before the deadline), the essay’s writing quality was, ahem, underwhelming. Some grammar mistakes and phrase structures made me think that the content was compiled by an ESL writer with an imperfect command of English (despite I paid for the native speaker!). The formatting wasn’t ideal either. Since it was only a test order, I didn’t bother demanding a revision (they offer an unlimited number of revisions within 10 days after the deadline). But be it a real paper order, I wouldn’t get more than a C.
On the upside, EssayOneDay’s customer support service was good. I inquired about a promo code and loyalty program opportunities, and the support agent was fast, polite, and informative. The obvious disadvantage is that you can only contact the support via email, an on-site chat, and via paid (!) phone number.
A Mediocre But Legit Service with Standard Guarantees
With all its drawbacks, EssayOneDay certainly isn’t a scam. It’s a legit service that provides all necessary industry-standard guarantees and apparently keeps your private data safe. The company’s policies are provided in the corresponding sections below – but they are arguably the longest and most intricate ones I’ve seen so far. Revision and money-back policies are so confusing that it made me think the company tries to impede requesting revisions and refunds as much as possible.
Other Features and Bonuses
EssayOneDay.com provides title page, bibliography, reference pages, and formatting free of charge. An abstract page, plagiarism report, and high priority go at an extra fee. The site also has an open-access sample database, but it’s very scarce.
There’s nothing that makes EssayOneDay.com, with its standard selection of service and average prices, stand out from the crowd. Tricky policies and mediocre writing quality leave an unpleasant aftertaste. Although EssayOneDay isn’t terrible, for me, it became a one-and-done type of service.
